Galerie de la Rue describes the work rigorously, consistent with Edition data and technical characteristics. Photographic reproductions of the work displayed on the Web have been made to be as reliable as possible, however, colors may not be identical to those of the work photographed. All work is guaranteed, so that it is sold as authentic and properly described.
The client interested in a work, can proceed with the purchase of it and ask Galerie de la Rue any additional information about it, concerning technical and artistic features, delivery, etc. The sale price is listed in the information we send as market price. Shipping costs are indicated in the purchase form of the work.
After sending an order form, Galerie de la Rue sends an e-mail confirmation with the total amount of the acquisition, including tax and shipping costs and details of the bank account where the transfer should be done. Shipping costs will be indicated if the exact destination address is included.
The buyer has from now on 48 hours to pay the work. The payment is enabled through bank transfer to Galerie de la Rue.
Together with the work, Certificate of Authenticity will be sent to the same e-mail and invoice supporting the sale. The purchase is not considered complete until the payment is made effective for Galerie de la Rue.
All sales are made in cash. If for any reason there is no record of the payment of the sale within the stipulated period of 48 hours after booking, Galerie de la Rue will notify the prospective purchaser the annulment of that reservation.
The buyer will receive the work in the address determined within approximately 10 days from the execution of the purchase.
The buyer, after receiving the work, may, within seven days, proceed with your return if you do not like it, being of your own risk the shipping cost to be carried back to the office of Galerie de la Rue, reserving us the right to accept it in the case that it is not in the same condition it was delivered.
The purchasing system is subject to the current legislation in Spain for distance sales. Purchases made by persons residing in the European Community shall be subject to payment of value added tax, being exempt from this tax purchases made by persons residing out of EU countries.
For any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution that may arise, the parties undergo to the Judges and Tribunals of Pamplona (Spain) with express waiver to any other.
